Houston – The OCA–Greater Houston Chapter (OCA-GH) proudly presents the 10th Annual “They Serve with Honor” Awards Reception recognizing outstanding Asian Pacific Islander American (APIA) employees & community leaders on Friday, September 25, 2009. The 2009 honorees are Dr. John C. Nguyen (Shell Oil Company and Houston Coaches, Inc. Board Member), Mr. Zeming Liu (Texas Instruments) and Ms. Tram Nguyen (Planned Parenthood) – Exemplary role models in both the workplace and the community.  OCA, an Asian Pacific American advocacy and education organization with over 80 chapters and affiliates nationwide, is dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in the United States.
