Currently, there is widespread acceptance of the importance of dispositional variables in work satisfaction and performance. Dr. Barrick’s presentation will provide an indepth understanding of the major findings about personality at work. It will address the following questions:
-Who is happy - what traits lead to job and life satisfaction, and how?
-Who performs well - what traits lead to effective job performance, and how?
-Who leads well - are there traits that separate leaders from non-leaders; and effective leaders from less effective leaders?
