Advancing Action – the Ontological Approach

At its simplest level, coaching helps the client further the action.  When action is happening, everyone is happy.  But what happens when the action is stalled?  These who work at the Ontological level move away from the focus on external action and focus instead on the person who is doing the action.  Ontology is the philosophy of “being” and addresses the question “Who do I need to be in order to achieve my goals?” and in doing so, totally empowers the client.

Register now above and join Judith O’Connor to explore the fundamentals of the Ontological approach to advancing the action!
